"I had the pleasure of working with Eddie recently in Beverly Grove.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a house to buy in the area and needed a large space that was centrally located to everything. I found one of Eddie's listings on Zillow and reached out to him via email and he immediately responded back and contacted me via phone and asked me what my needs were and the type of house we were looking for. I had a desired move in date 1 month from contacting him, as we were moving from Arizona to Beverly Grove.

Eddie was kind enough to put together a list of about 15 houses with a few days notice and had so much knowledge of the area we were looking in. After a few days we finally narrowed our search down to one specific house that was his listing, and the move in was seamless.
